I think I accidentally liked some Vlogmas content sometime earlier this month…
Sara and I have also been studying some Food Vlogger videos, for something we’re doing together in the New Year…
A bit of both I assume.
Actually, I bet a lot of you are unfamiliar with Vlogmas.
Understandable, but for the sake of conversation:
So my algorithms are even more insane than usual.
I just want to watch Luigi Mangione Fan Edits, and videos of Timothée Chalamet wearing Arc’teryx, but…
I’ve known it was a Letter Release Day on the 25th for a while.
And I’m bullish on never missing a week.
It was definitely my intent to write something real, I really wanted to, instead Sara and I have watched an embarrassing amount of not-great Christmas Movies.
I saw something online, where you make a numbered list, and everyday you ask Siri for a random number between 1 and 30, then whatever it says, you watch…
No matter what you’re in the mood for.
It worked really well, saved us time we usually spend watching trailers.
Again, the list has to be refined and polished, a lot, but the framework is there.
Here’s our 30 from this year…
Now, as I was saying before, Vlogmas.
Here’s my pathetic attempt at it.
Blogmas I guess, cause I didn’t make any videos…
It’s hard enough doing 1 day, I have no idea how all these kids are doing 25.
I woke up to a nice pack from my friend Vintage Sponsor.
These were on vehicle for delivery the day the Canada Post strike started, so I was extra excited for these to finally show up.
Then, I went to the Climbing Gym with some friends.
Surprisingly busy there.
Then we drove around and dropped off presents, this song randomly played from a Holiday Playlist.
I didn’t even know it existed until today…
A Christmas Miracle to say the least.
Then we went to Sara’s parents for dinner.
Ate some Raclette.
Ate what could be argued was TOO MANY brownies…
The day went by quite fast actually.
Goodnight!
About to watch Die Hard (for the first time…)
Merry Christmas everyone!
Nowhere Fast is an Ongoing Branding Experiment.
We do a lot of stuff here, at least we try to…
Two of the things we’re most consistent with though are:
We release a weekly audio-only Podcast. (Mondays at 12;01am MST)
We also publish a weekly Newsletter. (Wednesdays at 12:01am MST)
If you have friends or family that you think might not hate some of the stuff we make…
Consider telling them about us, please and thank you.
Thanks for reading.
